Description of problem:
I couldn't find an option for using HTTP proxy while booting from minimum install CD (boot.iso)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
All

How reproducible:
Install Fedora with askmethod or from minimum install CD

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot from Minimum install CD or with askmethod option
2. Configure the network and use HTTP option to install Fedora
3. Proxy option is not displayed
  
Actual results:
Not able to configure HTTP proxy

Expected results:
Anaconda should give an option to configure proxy
