Description of problem:

autoconf is old at version 2.59 in RHEL 5.2 (CentOS 5.2)
I'm hoping it's possible to have a newer version in RHEL 5.3

Please do give consideration to those who compile new stuff
from CVS on sourceforge etc.

Sorry, package rebases in RHEL are only allowed for some very specific reasons, just having the newest available isn't one of them.
