Release note added. If any revisions are required, please set the "requires_release_notes" flag to "?" and edit the "Release Notes" field accordingly. New Contents: mismatches between hosts sometimes caused the CVS client to present incorrect credentials to servers with gserver authentication. This patch ensures the correct credentials are supplied by confirming the IP address of the currently-connected server so that host mismatch does not occur.
