Description of problem: commons-cli 1.0 is old and needs to be upgraded to at least 1.1 Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1.0 Additional info: Version 1.1 has been out since 2007-07-08 This contains both API and bug fixes. This blocks jeuclid-cli that is up for review, I will be marking this as a blocker.
