Description of problem:
Cronie bashes me for not having PAM even when I don't intend to use PAM features. It seems some source code depends unconditionally on PAM.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ./configure
  
Actual results:
PAM headers not found

Expected results:
(no error)

Additional info:
I tried to remove PAM checks from configure, but it only dies while compiling a while later. Please remove hard dependency on PAM or make it non-optional.
