Description of problem: That would be very great if mmiotrace was enabled by default in the debug kernel. Currently, the only projet using it that I'm aware of is the nouveau project. That would very much help the end user to report mmio trace to this project since the end user wouldn't have to compile its own kernel. I suppose adding it to the kernel-debug flavor would be fairly harmless. Adding it to the regular builds gives me the creeps a little. airlied?
