Description of problem:

1.16.4-2.1567.fc11 is missing /usr/include/xmlrpc_client.h, but has /usr/include/xmlrpc_server.h.  Is this intentional?  I can't compile cmake without it (or without porting cmake to version 1.16, which I'd rather not take on myslef).

can you try xmlrpc-c-1.16.6-1.1582.fc11 please?  I fixed installation of client headers there.
