Description Jarod Wilson 2008-12-15 19:26:22 UTC
Description of problem:
Just noticed the latest scsi-target-utils is still tgt snapshot-based, while there have been a few tgt releases now, the current one being 0.9.2, which I've built locally just fine (in fact, if so desired, I could just commit the changes to rawhide cvs...).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
scsi-target-utils-6.20080805snap.fc11

Expected results:
scsi-target-utils-0.9.2-1.fc11

Comment 1 Terje Røsten 2008-12-15 19:33:07 UTC
Current release is
scsi-target-utils-0.0-6.20080805snap
not
scsi-target-utils-6.20080805snap

scsi-target-utils-0.9.2-1.fc11 > scsi-target-utils-0.0-6.20080805snap

oo the update is fine in that sense.

Ok from me.

Do you seen against the update, Mike?

Whoops, sorry, cut-n-paste error from rpm -qi output, left out the Version portion. So yes, upgrading to a 0.9.2-1.fc11 package does actually work as expected.

Comment 3 Terje Røsten 2008-12-16 21:17:07 UTC
Just did a quick build, go ahead and commit Jarod :-)

Comment 4 Jarod Wilson 2008-12-16 21:31:23 UTC
Done. Also tacked on one patch from upstream git to restore a bind command that was apparently accidentally dropped at some point. Build in progress...

Comment 5 Jarod Wilson 2008-12-16 21:45:11 UTC
...and once I actually got everything properly into cvs and the lookaside, build actually went off fine.
