Description of problem:
Red Hat Bugzilla is displaying bugs wider than a standard screen maximised browser window.

How reproducible:
every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. firefox in standard 19" display (1280x1024)
2. go to any bug (eg https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=474011
  
Actual results:
2. too wide to display - firefox gives horizontal scrollbar

Expected results:
2. to display without horizontal scrollbar

Additional info:
bugzilla.mozilla.org which is running 3.2 release does not have this problem,
so it seems specific to bugzilla.redhat.com.  CSS?
