yum install raptor-devel.i386 raptor-devel.x86_64

yields:

  file /usr/bin/raptor-config conflicts between attempted installs of raptor-devel-1.4.18-1.fc10.x86_64 and raptor-devel-1.4.18-1.fc10.i386

Still present on F11 with raptor-devel-1.4.18-2.fc11:
