Description of problem:
This version has problems reading databases with unicode values.  This has been fixed in version 0.4.8.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a database with unicode values and read it with sqlalchemy.

Error is thrown

Expected results:
Data is returned.

Additional info:

This is a known but and has been fixed upstream.  Can FC10 he upgraded to the latest stable release.

Sorry it took me a while to get this built.  new version has been requested for the testing repository.  Feel free to try it out and comment in bodhi.  If all goes well, it will be moved to the stable repo after a few weeks in testing.
