Description of problem: Using GUI in system-config-network-1.5.93-2.fc10.noarch to define a manually configured interface (static address) results in NETMASK being stored incorrectly. This creates many other problems with routing etc. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): system-config-network-1.5.93-2.fc10.noarch How reproducible: Use GUI to create a statically configured network interface eth0 with netmask 255.255.255.0 & some gateway address, then save & exit, then find that the generated /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 sets NETMASK to the gateway address instead of 255.255.255.0.
