Description of problem:
The Gnome Weather Report applet does not display enough of the location name to distinguish two instances of the applet configured with cities of the same name.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gnome-applets-2.24.2-2.fc10.i386

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add two Weather Report applets to the Gnome panel.
2. Configure the location of one to be Glasgow, Scotland.
3. Configure the location of the other one to be Glasgow, Kentucky.
  
Actual results:
The tooltips and the Current Conditons tabs all show "Glasgow", possibly leaving the user confused about which is in Europe and which is in North America.

Expected results:
A longer location name is displayed for both: "Glasgow, Scotland" and "Glasgow, Kentucky".
