Description of problem:

1) run gpk-repo
2) uncheck the debug & devel software sources

See the attachment #1 [details], the "Updates Testing" is not present. Not warning is written to the terminal output.

Figure #2, when the check-box is checked then the repo is displayed.

Attachment #3 [details], the actual repo configuration from /etc/yum.repos.d/
