Description of problem:
The Web UI can't find a 'llaumgui AT gmail DOT' com login for me to change but refuses me because of the email address being in use already

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
version 3.1.4+


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change 'guillaume DOT kulakowski AT fedoraproject DOT org' to 'llaumgui AT gmail DOT com' > "There is already an account with the login name 'llaumgui AT gmail DOT com'."
2. Use the forget password function > "There is no user named 'llaumgui AT gmail DOT com'. Either you mis-typed the name or that user has not yet registered for a Red Hat Bugzilla account"

Hum... Now I can... Perhaps a problem with "Completion date" ?
