So looks like your client is missing the SSL cert of the server its trying to communicate. If this is the satellite server you should be able to find the server ssl cert @ http://<server>/pub . jus download that file and put it under /usr/share/rhn/ as RHN-ORG-TRUSTED-SSL-CERT. 

This is not a bug. Its missing cert issue. Please make sure your server ssl cert is in the right location. Lemme know once this works and we can close this as not a bug.

As Prad stated. We only install /usr/share/rhn/RHNS-CA-CERT which is in rhn-client-tools. If you use RHN-ORG-TRUSTED-SSL-CERT you should download it from satellite.
