Description of problem:
Both the config file and the README reference a nonexistant USAGE file. I would love for this file to actually exist, as it theoretically explains more about the config file than currently seems to be explained. (the config file is a bit cryptic, although at least has some commenting in it)

Also applies to RHEL5.

Not sure what happened to the flags, but this needs the acks so it can be added to the errata in which is has been fixed!
