Description of problem:
rhm-docs package does not contain all needed information how to use examples:
1] /usr/share/doc/rhm-0.4/cpp/Makefile file does not contain any info about failover, qmf-console and xml-exchange examples
2] /usr/share/doc/rhm-0.4/java/README.txt have obsoleted link to /usr/share/doc/rhm-0.2 directory (at bottom)
3] python examples have no README

rhm-docs-0.4.734193-5.el5.noarch.rpm
