backport critical netxen driver fixes from upstream kernel to RHEL5.4

As of 2.6.29-rc4 following bug fixes in NetXen driver have been
accepted into upstream after driver backport to RHEL5.3.
We need these bugfixes to be applied to RHEL5.4 kernel.
I will upload backported patch(es) for these.

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release. Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products. This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
