Description of problem:

This package carries its docs in /usr/share/doc/ppl

# rpm -qlp ppl-0.10-6.fc11.x86_64.rpm | grep doc

According to the Fedora packaging conventions, these files belong into
/usr/share/doc/<package>-<version>

=> packaging bug.
