Description of problem:
When using TK_LIBS from /usr/lib/tkConfig.sh, a linker error on -lXft occurs if package libXft-devel has not been installed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
tk-devel-8.5.6


Additional info:
In the RPM spec file, there is a BuildRequires: dependence on libXft-devel, but the Requires: dependence for subpackage tk-devel is missing, although needed.

This is particularly annoying when recompiling packages simply depending on tk-devel.
AND A FIX IS QUITE URGENT REGARDING TO THE IMMINENT F11 MASS REBUILD !!!
