initscripts package sorely requires an update if the next release is going
to be "IPv6-ready".

This is just an internal reminder of #36437.

Patches for recent versions have been sent to the maintainers, but I've yet
to hear comments on them.

This should be done in the public beta at the _latest_ preferably the one
before that (DL in a few days!) to synchronize better with new initscripts
structure.
