Description of problem:
Wrong spacing in toolbar: do not use homogenous.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run s-c-bind
Actual results:
Toolbar is homogenous.

Expected results:
Toolbar is not homogenous.

This bug report is part of "System Configuration Tools Cleanup Project". Don't
hesitate to ask project maintainers for any kind of help.

System-config-bind is entering maintainance-only phase and the whole package will be deprecated soon. There are no plans for active development, only high severity issues bugfixing.
