Description of problem:
When pressing ctrl+space with remaining something in preedit, preedit line isn't cancelled but keeps alive at the window even though IM itself is turned off.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.press ctrl+space to turn on
2.type something in preedit
3.press ctrl+space
  
Actual results:
preedit line is still there

Expected results:
preedit line should goes away
