The Nodoka theme draws the deafault background for HTML buttons and entries which leads to a bad-looking box around the widget. Firefox and WebKit have implemented some hint which is currently used by Clearlooks to work around this issue. I will attach a screenshot showing the difference between Nodoka and some Clearlooks based theme (test page is RedHat Bugzilla, you can also see it very well on http://www.darkbackground.org/)
