Description of problem:
Use gvv to open GB files, but failed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ghostscript-7.05-32.1.17 
rhel3 ia64 


How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load a webpage with GB Chinese characters like
www.sina.com.cn
2.Print the page to a file
3.View ggv to open the file
  
Actual results:
'View failed' dialogue pops up saying:
The GGV Postscript document control view encountered an error while starting up.

Expected results:
Verify the page should be viewable.

Reproduce on ghostscript-7.05-32.1.19 -rhel3- ia64.
Error saying:
GGV warning: Could not get gvv control
GGV warning: Failed to create a new window
GGV warning: No windows could be opening,exiting....

I don't think we're likely to fix bugs of that nature at this stage in the life cycle of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3.
