Description Matthew Galgoci 1999-09-04 03:13:55 UTC
I cannot get fdisk to run as any user other than root, even
if the non-privlaged user is in groups root and bin.

Is this a bug or a feature? Meesa thinsa feature :-)

An strace shows that there is an internal uid == 0 check even if
the user is in group disk (needed for /dev/sda group rw access on the
machine I was running on).
