Or at least the rubyripper-gui does, if ripping to ogg, which is the default:
Without it, when I click on "Rip Cd now" I get the error "oggenc not your found on your system".
yum install vorbis-tools fixes the problem.

rubyripper-0.5.5-2.fc10 has been pushed to the Fedora 10 testing repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
 If you want to test the update, you can install it with 
 su -c 'yum --enablerepo=updates-testing update rubyripper'.  You can provide feedback for this update here: http://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/F10/FEDORA-2009-3289

Note this was a bug reported about rawhide, not F10.
Presumably Rawhide has been fixed too?
