Patch to fakechroot.spec

This patch allows 32 and 64 bit versions of fakechroot
to be installed in parallel.  It moves the libraries
into a separate fakechroot-libs subpackage, so that the
user may elect to install:

 - fakechroot
 - fakechroot-libs.i386
 - fakechroot-libs.x86_64

at the same time.

This is useful because fakechroot cannot currently be
used when you have mixed 32 and 64 bit binaries around,
and I am hoping to make that work.

(This change also includes a patch I sent upstream
recently to make chroot(2) with relative paths work).
