RHEL5 fix for this issue

Description of problem: 

tscsync and preregister_acpi_perf are not exported via /sys/modules/powernow-k8/parameters.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 2.6.18-136.el5


How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot on an AMD system.
2. ls -l /sys/modules/powernow-k8
  
Actual results:  There is no /sys/modules/powernow-k8/parameters directory.


Expected results:  There is a /sys/modules/powernow-k8/parameters directory.

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release.  Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
release.
