Two problems here:
 a) should be in /etc/X11/applnk, not /usr/share/gnome/apps
 b) it isn't allowed to create new directories such as "Chinese," 
    instead use one of the existing directories. Suggest "Utilities"

So the desktop file should be moved to perhaps /etc/X11/applnk/Utilities

I deleted .desktop so this problem does not occur with
xcin-2.5.2.3-4
