Using create_book --type=Set, creates en-US/Revision_History.xml
This file breaks the <set> DTD

How reproducible: Every time


Steps to Reproduce:
Follow steps in documentation
file:///usr/share/doc/publican-doc-0.44/en-US/index.html#chap-Users_Guide-Using_Sets

1. create_book --type=Set --name=My_Set
2. Make
3. Make test-en-US
  
Actual results:
Build breaks

Expected results:
Passes 

Additional info:
Feedback.xml also seems to FAIL :(
