Please make SCROBBLER_URL in the audioscrobbler plugin be runtime-configurable
so it can be used with libre.fm, for example.

We're not in a position to implement feature requests.  Such needs to be make of amarok's upstream developers @ bugs.kde.org

(Patches welcome, of course, and we'll do our best to help integrate any potential work)
