Description of problem: On F11-Beta i386 DVD, the text mode dialog on the "Partioning Type" screen says the user can create custom layouts, but the only options are "use entire," "replace existing," and "use free." According to Bug 493976, those are supposed to be the only options, but the dialog insists otherwise. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 11.5.0.38 (on the Beta DVD) How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. boot anaconda into text mode 2. go to the "Partitioning Type" screen Actual results: The dialog says "You can also choose to create your own custom layout." Expected results: Anything that doesn't contradict that you can't. Additional info: Better (opinion) than just removing the statement that you can create custom layouts would be to replace it with a statement that you can't, maybe "You cannot create custom layouts in text mode." or something like that. People are going to be grumpy enough that they cannot create custom layouts. Why taunt them with falsehoods?
Oops, sorry. That string slipped through when I was doing all the text mode modifications. I've changed it. I'm not sure we really need another string there indicating you can't do a custom layout, as it's not in the option list and the initial text mode screen says: "Text mode provides a limited set of installation options. " "It does not allow you to specify your own partitioning " "layout or package selections. Would you like to use VNC " "mode instead?"
