Please add the s390 and s390x architectures to ExcludeArch. You can also consider swapping from ExcludeArch to "ExclusiveArch: ix86 x86_64", because this utility is closely related to those Intelish architectures and probably will not work other Fedora secondary arches like arm and ia64.
