Description of problem:
The rhino package is missing a dependency on java.

% rpm -q --requires rhino
/bin/sh
rpmlib(CompressedFileNames) <= 3.0.4-1
rpmlib(FileDigests) <= 4.6.0-1
rpmlib(PayloadFilesHavePrefix) <= 4.0-1

% rhino
/usr/bin/rhino: line 7: /usr/share/java-utils/java-functions: No such file or directory
