Description of problem:
The gajim plugin isn't built into nautilus-sendto. After defining gajim as the defaut messaging client (in jabber preferences), gajim doesn't appear in the menu of available targets in nautilus-sendto.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install gajim
2.Define gajim as the default client
3. Right click on a file in nautilus, "send-to"
  
Actual results:
Gajim isn't in the list.

Gajim is in the list.
