I have an ADSL connection to the internet. If my internet connection goes down and I need to restart the computer or manually try to stop or restart fail2ban services, fail2ban seems to hang and the only way that I am able to restart the computer is with a hard reset.
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 11 development cycle. Changing version to '11'. More information and reason for this action is here: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugZappers/HouseKeeping

Probaby early next week.
Seems to have fixed the problem. After installing and breaking my internet connection I had no problem rebooting the computer. Thanks
