Seamonket security warning

Description of problem:
A bugfix release of Firefox and Seamonkey was released 3-4 weeks ago. The FF update was pushed quickly, the 1.1.16 SM was not. There are security issues with the current 1.1.15 version.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.1.15

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install seamonkey
2.start seamonkey
3.use HELP tab to see version

Actual results:
Old insecure version, every few days a warning pops up about security issues (attachment)

Expected results:
Current version

Additional info:
Problem in FC10 and FC11 as well, FC11 could really use a seamonkey 2.0beta port as well, it's much better!

FWIW, the seamonkey package is up to date with security errata. You'll note that SM was pushed at about the same time that Firefox was with the specific security fixes as patches against 1.1.15 but not as a version change, because the SM guys upstream were a little slow...

I assume patch files mfsa-2009-12.patch and mfsa-2009-13.patch are no longer necessary with 1.1.16

No problems with fc9 version in several days of testing on three machines. The fc10 version was tested for a few hours, NP there, either. Looks good to me.

The fc11 version in updates-testing was only lightly tested in x86_32.
