Description of problem:
symlinks-debuginfo is empty although symlinks package contains ELF objects.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
symlinks-debuginfo-1.2-24.2.2.i386.rpm

Solution is to remove '-s' option from install at line 34 of the spec file.

This was fixed as part of RHBA-2012:1134.
