Description of problem:
This package installs its library incorrectly.  Should use a softlink.

postgresql-odbcng.x86_64 0:0.99.101-0.1.test1.fc11

How reproducible:

1. yum install postgresql-odbcng.x86_64
Actual results:
Running Transaction
  Installing     : postgresql-odbcng                                        1/1 
/sbin/ldconfig: /usr/lib64/libmodbc.so.0 is not a symbolic link

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 11 development cycle.
Changing version to '11'.
