Description Mattias Ellert 2009-05-23 12:46:19 UTC
Description of problem:

R-core from EPEL can not be installed on RHEL4

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

R-core-2.9.0-1.el4.1

How reproducible:

Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to install R-core from EPEL on RHEL4

Actual results:

DEBUG util.py:256: R-core-2.9.0-1.el4.1.ppc from testing has depsolving problems
DEBUG util.py:256: --> Missing Dependency: firefo is needed by package R-core-2.9.0-1.el4.1.ppc (testing)
DEBUG util.py:256: Error: Missing Dependency: firefo is needed by package R-core-2.9.0-1.el4.1.ppc (testing)

Expected results:

R-core should be installed

Additional info:

Maybe the missing dependency on "firefo" is a typo and "firefox" is intended?

Wow, that's embarrassing. Fixed in 2.9.0-1.2
