Description of problem:

install gnome-packagekit-extra. initiate the service pack creator and try to create one for a specific package, ex: lxsplit.  It fails unless I run pkcon refresh in the command line.

    Refresh the system package list if it does not exist in the service pack creation tool. Fixes rh#502589

gnome-packagekit-2.27.2-1.fc11 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 11.
