Condition check of the bootstrapping blocked the generation of running autogen.sh.
Before fix, only ./configure was run instead of autogen.sh, which latter re-create .db from scratch but former didn't in by some reasons.
Try this patched one:
ibus-table-cangjie-220.127.116.1190309-3.fc10 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 10.
ibus-table-cangjie-18.104.22.16890309-3.fc10 has been pushed to the Fedora 10 testing repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
