Description of problem:
After installing the enlightenment-0.16.4-7 rpm 
The "Run Configuration Tool for Enlightenment" option in the contol-center 
is not avaialble.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Red Hat Linux 7.1 Choose Gnome as desktop
2. Install Enlightenment RPM
3. run control-center
4. Switch to Enlightenment wm
5. No config options.....

E 0.16 doesn't have a standalone config tool AFAIK.  You need to launch it from
the menus.
