Description of problem:
Audit netlink message types 1014 and 1015 result in a selinux error mentioning that its an unrecognized type.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. auditctl -t
2. ausearch --start recent -m selinux_err
  
Actual results:
You get an error

Expected results:
no error

Fixed in 5.4, not sure where I fixed it, but it's there, so I'm closing   :)
