Description of problem:

after selecting a template, the selected template can not be inserted into the document,and the window will still return to the window of select starting document.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch the oowriter
2. Click the Tools->Mail Merge
3. In the dialog,select the From a template,choose the template as you like,click Open

  
Actual results:

The selected template won't be inserted into the document.At the same time, the window will return to the window of select starting document.

Expected results:

The selected template will be inserted into the document after selecting a template and then clicking "next".At the same time, the window will return to the window of Insert address block.

The bug can also be reproduced in zh_CN.

It works fine, i.e. a template gets opened up in writer and then the dialog reappears over that new document with "want to use this current document" as the default question again.

The problem for zh_CN and ja_JP is just that there aren't any built-in writer templates for those languages available, only some presentation ones and they can't be opened in writer. Presumably you whacked away on those impress background templates. 

If you create some templates of your own and use the template dialogs to add them to your personal template pool then it should work to open that document up and re-position the dialog over that document with "want to use this" as the question.

Its not possible for me to create templates for any languages, so can't do anything about that.
