Description Jason 2009-06-10 13:18:21 UTC
Description of problem: The sound volume mutes momentarily, then goes back to normal. This usually only happens when no sound is playing. I have yet to have it interrupt currently playing sound.

here is alsa-info

http://www.alsa-project.org/db/?f=dd98fa29826f35fe066e604a39094c8a44d4cc9d

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to System -> Preferences -> Advanced Volume Control
2. Press the Close Button
3. The sound will mute for a second.

This also happens when minimizing, maximizing windows, also closing windows.

I'm going to close this bug report because the problem seems to have fixed. However the problem is I do not know how it fixed. I did many installs, and Do not know which installs I did. All I know is it was fixed after I restarted about a day later.
