Description of problem:
GPG encryption with PSI and version of qca-gnupg-2.0.0-0.3.beta1 does not work. PSI should to open dialog with password for gpg key, but it failed to start and connection fail.
Problem is probably with version of qca-gnupg-2.0.0-0.3.beta1. After i manualy compiled version qca-gnupg-2.0.0-beta3 from source, problem is resolved and connection works great.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Fedora 11

How reproducible:
With package qca-gnupg-2.0.0-0.3.beta1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start PSI
2. General - Account Setup - Modify
3. tab Details and select GPG key
4. restart PSI
5. connection fail
Actual results:
With manual installed qca-gnupg-2.0.0-beta3 from source, problem is resolved.

Additional info:
compiled with ./configure, make, make install
