Description of problem: GPG encryption with PSI and version of qca-gnupg-2.0.0-0.3.beta1 does not work. PSI should to open dialog with password for gpg key, but it failed to start and connection fail. Problem is probably with version of qca-gnupg-2.0.0-0.3.beta1.
