Description of problem: When PackageKit shows updates, and the updates are applied via yum, PackageKit appears to check to see if there are more updates but won't clear out the existing updates.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 0.4.6-8.f11


How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have pending updates show up on the desktop.
2. update via yum
3. Watch PK check for updates.
  
Actual results: PK still shows original updates


Expected results: PK will clear the alert from the desktop

You need to update to https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/F11/FEDORA-2009-5748 and then reboot. It's likely a yum update will fix this.
